NYC Administration for Children's Services

The NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) serves New York City's at-risk families and children by protecting and supporting them with placement, adoption, early care, and child abuse prevention services. Founded in 1996, their vision and mission are to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and families in New York City through a more integrated and effective child welfare system. ACS maintains offices throughout the five boroughs, with its main headquarters located in Manhattan.
