Brett's unique perspective on the future of work combines 10+ years of culture development with his work with and research into successful remote work companies. He has published two books on company culture - Culture Decks Decoded and Own Your Culture and has recently launched the Hybrid Management Training Program and the Remote-first Management Training Program. Prior to founding CultureGene, Brett ran an international executive search firm for 15 years, working with high-growth tech companies to expand their senior executive teams across the US, EU, UK, and Southern Africa.
