As Head of Workplace Strategy and Planning, Adrienne Rowe helps RTX navigate the changing workplace landscape. She previously led similar work at Merck and at Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity, Adrienne held a variety of roles with The Walt Disney Company focused on employee experience.
Adrienne holds an MBA from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Massachusetts. She lives with her family in Scituate, Massachusetts.
